Jeetwin does expect you to go through its KYC process. You won’t be asked to prove your income, but you will be asked to verify your identity. You can hand over documents via support. Unfortunately, completing the KYC process doesn’t seem to dramatically speed up the transaction time at Jeetwin.

Security and Regulation

Jeetwin Casino is operated by Sky Infotech Limited. This is not an operator that you are likely to be familiar with, as they only run Jeetwin Casino. The operator is based out of Belize, so Jeetwin is an offshore Indian casino. This is handy because it makes the site legal in India. Jeetwin Casino has been in operation since 2017. The English, Hindi, and Tamil language casino doesn’t really go into much detail regarding its security setup. However, we were able to dig around a find a few things out. For instance, we know that Jeetwin is eCOGRA certified and that that is games RNG-certified. We also know that it is SSL – Secure Socket Layer – encrypted. Moreover, it is affiliated with problem gambling programs.  Responsible gambling tools could, however, be a bit better.

While Jeetwin Casino does offer responsible gambling tools such as opt-outs and self-exclusion, it doesn’t go overboard. There are no deposit cap options, no loss limiters, and no session limits. You won’t find reality checks or anything of the sort. These are things we can see in major mainstream rivals. The lack of them at Jeetwin is disappointing, but it is hardly surprising. Most Indian betting sites aren’t under the same kind of regulation as their European counterparts. They simply aren’t mandatory here, so Jeetwin hasn’t bothered. While Jeetwin does offer around the clock customer support via live chat and e-mail, it’s slow. We’d say that this service is even slower than most of its counterparts. They don’t seem to have an FAQ (frequently asked questions) guide, either. Such a simplistic guide would help immensely. Again, this is another area where Jeetwin Casino seems to have dropped the ball a touch.

Conclusion
