Our Experience with India24bet

Naturally, we don’t want our India24bet review to be tainted or biased. Therefore, we decided to sign up and play there anonymously. We didn’t tell the casino and sportsbook that we were reviewing it. Therefore, our experience of playing at India24bet should be the same as any random player would expect to have.

We began by exploring India24bet’s reliability, like we do with all betting sites in India. Also we moved on to its games and sports. We explored its promotions and bonuses. Our team then looked at how secure the site is and the deposit and withdrawal setup it offers. We then wrapped all that up by contacting customer support. Finally, our team put all this information into a single review, and that’s what is before you right now.

We’ll begin by looking at the interface, which is a little tightly packed. You can get about easy enough on a computer, but mobile users may find it trickier to find games. Some menus tend to get muddled up and overlap. However, apart from its so-so design, mobile players will find a fully optimised site elsewhere. Its mobile games, for instance, run without a hitch.

On the upside, there aren’t many other complaints in the reliability department. We didn’t see any player critiques that were overly negative, either. Ordinarily, these flag immediately when a site is unsafe. We’ll take it as a positive that no alarm bells were set ringing by other players.

India24bet’s casino is navigable from its lobby or homepage. You can choose from a wealth of game genres from that page. Table game fans, for instance, can select roulette, blackjack, or baccarat games. Alternatively, you can peruse new and hot games instead. You’ll either need to finger-swipe (on mobiles) or scroll (rapidly via a mouse wheel) to peruse the library. It is quite the collection. You can shorten this task by using a drop-down tab to find games by their software provider. Not all of them appear here, which is less than ideal.

Evolution Gaming provides most of the live dealer games at the site. RNG software providers include IGTech, Booming Games, and software developers on the Slotegrator platform. Games like Andar Bahar and Teen Patti will always prove popular with Indians. However, Sic Bo, lottery, craps, Dragon Tiger, poker, and other table games are playable.

Something strange happened to us when we went to play slots. At first glance, there appeared plenty, and we were able to have a stab at some. However, when revisiting the casino later, slots appear to have been removed. This is puzzling. It could be due to a period of downtime, or perhaps access to slots is only available for players in selected regions. Either way, that wasn’t brilliant.

They are comparable with rival betting sites in India and generally favourable.

Cricket betting is straightforward enough to do at this sportsbook, but wagering on a wealth of alternative markets and selections? Not so much. A multimarket betting option is available, and any scores, events and options are presented via a ticket bar. However, much like the casino, there are one or two options missing from this site.

Live sports are out of the question, and so is live streaming. We couldn’t find accumulators available, either. There is an exchange (well, a small one) for you to enjoy. This is handy if you fancy being the bookie and playing with wilder, riskier odds. Not all Indian bookmakers offer an exchange. Normally, we’d say that this puts India24bet ahead. However, the lack of other basic sports betting (and casino) features leaves the site a way behind its rivals. Yes, even with an exchange like Betstarexch has.

India24bet isn’t packing an immense worth of promos and bonuses. In fact, it’s short of quite a few of the basic ones. There is a poorly advertised welcome bonus here. We needed to get in contact with India24bet’s customer support team to get the full details on it.

When you play at India24bet, you can claim a 10% bonus on the first three deposits that you make. This offer also comes with 10 bonus spins thrown in (on slots, presumably). India24bet claims that their welcome bonus is available “for a limited time only”. Unless they plan on changing it (and not removing it), we can’t see why that would be the case.

If you were on the hunt for promos and bonuses, you’re in for a bit of a shock here. India24bet doesn’t believe in dishing out tons and offers to its members. That doesn’t mean to say that you can’t snap up a deal or two. We’re just saying that they are few and far between. There is something that sits uneasily with us. We don’t like “first come, first served” bonuses. Bonus spins being offered when slots are on-again and off-again is also worrying. There is no loyalty/club VIP scheme or High Roller option, and the terms and conditions are vague. This is yet another area where India24bet is going to need to up its game.

Banking at India24bet

India24bet does at least accept a wealth of payment methods. The Indian rupee is obviously accepted, and you’ve got the choice of depositing via VISA, MasterCard, UPI or GooglePay. Any deposit you make will land instantly in your account. Moreover, there are no fees applied. Minimum deposit limits stretch from ₹100 to ₹500, depending on the source you’re reading. Again, this conflicting information doesn’t help the player. There doesn’t appear to be a cap on how much you can deposit.

Withdrawals must be worth at least ₹100. This is a lot lower than you’ll find at competing Indian betting sites. It is, therefore, a major thumbs up. You can theoretically withdraw your winnings in thirty minutes or so – if you believe the casino. You can also use all the same payment options that are available for deposits. The site doesn’t list a maximum withdrawal limit. However, in our experience, all casinos have them.

India24bet could have been a little less vague about caps. However, for the most part, this is the most transparent part of the casino. Whether that’s a good or bad thing, we’ll leave to you.

Security and Regulation

As you will no doubt have noticed, India24bet has an issue with transparency. There is plenty of information absent from the domain. Some players won’t go looking for these details. However, for a reviewer, they are positively essential.

For instance, we couldn’t find sight nor sound of the Curacao-issued gambling license India24bet claims to have. We couldn’t find terms and conditions on bonuses without contacting customer support. Even then, they talk of “time-limited” bonuses. On top of that, there are other things that caught our attention.

There doesn’t appear to be any reasonable gambling tools available for players, nor deposit caps. There are no cool-down periods, no opt-outs, and no info on RNG certificates. Without these most basic details, it is impossible for us to call India24bet a fair and safe casino. This is true, even if India24bet is perfectly legit. With red flags, alarm bells and key information missing, we simply can’t verify that India24bet is the real deal.

Customer Service

We did get plenty of practice getting in touch with India24bet’s customer support team. As touched on, the casino/sportsbook is brimming with information. We relied on customer support to provide us with as much as they could – a lot. Admittedly, they weren’t overly helpful with our invasive requests. However, they were friendly and could be reached regularly.

The live chat team doesn’t seem overly knowledgeable about the site they help run. We didn’t contact the team via telephone (1-800-572-3446), so we can’t speak for them. E-mail responses were sent to support@india24bet.com, and the results were mixed. In short, India24bet’s support team is eager to help, but they don’t seem to know very much.

When a casino is missing so much of its critical information, it helps to find an FAQ guide. There isn’t one. This would involve doing the one thing India24bet doesn’t do well – providing information.

Conclusion

India24bet has missed a trick. Offering sports and casino games to Indians (with an exchange) should make it a top site. That’s not the reality, though. The lack of licensing details, transparency and “time-limited promos” is concerning. The on-off availability of slots is also a worry. The lack of any certificates or material we can verify with our sources is not good.

We are not trying to put India24bet out of business. However, if they don’t change things, they will end up doing that themselves. The gaming experience here is hollow, empty, and full of gaps. The site needs a complete overhaul. It is up to you to choose to trust that it has all been a mistake and play at India24bet. However, we don’t feel comfortable telling you to sign up and play at India24bet in India today.
